lilaccustom responded very quickly to messages and offered a refund if I wanted one. The shoes were very nice aside from the fact that small corners of the stickers used weren’t stuck down entirely onto the shoes. However, overall very nice quality shoes and would shop again here

It took almost 3 months to come in, which I feel is a fair amount of time if you think about the work she is putting in. She kept me updated on the process of when mine would be done throughout the 3 months. The wait is definitely worth it! I highly recommend ordering from lilaccustom. You won’t regret it!!
