DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Yes. We are providing international shipping. However, due to some postal problems, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area and some small countries.
If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

We offer free shipping for worldwide, Fast global delivery, best service, best products, Only for you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?


Production time is: 5-7 Days

US Delivery Time: 8 – 13 Days
Canada Delivery Time: 10 – 14 Days
Europe Delivery Time: 10 – 14 Days
Australia Delivery Time: 7 – 14 Days​
International Delivery Time: 2 – 3 Weeks


* All orders are shipped with tracking.
* Days stated are calculated as business days.

* When it’s the high peak of demand forlogistics / holiday / festival / disaster / strike / demonstration… it will be slower according to the incidents which we can not control.

 

How Can I Track My Order?

We will send you a tracking number via email within once we have created a shipping label for your order.
If you didn’t receive a tracking number from us within the expected window, please contact our support team.
You will also be able to click the "track my order" tab on our web menu to see the status of your package.

Shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” can be approved no earlier than 5 days after “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.

Shipping issues for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") can be after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at Support@lilaccustom.com.

 

Can I Change My Order Once It Is Placed?

Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes, we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it may not be possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order has not shipped out yet when you contact us we can make the change for you but its not recommended.

What Is Your Return Policy?

All shoes are custom made upon order in why we do not do any returns or exchanges in regards to the custom shoes.
We customize the shoes in the size and style that was ordered by the customer.
**Customer can cancel or make a design/size changes WITHIN 24HRS OF PURCHASE.**

We are not affiliated with any other shoe company or brand. Every shoe is lawfully bought at full retail, we then put our own custom artwork on shoe and sell.


How Can I Cancel My Order?

Every Shoe is custom made upon order.
When an order is placed we then order the shoes from our vendors the next day.
There is a 24 hour window for us to cancel your order. After that we unfortunately cannot cancel the order once production of the shoe has started.

 

Is Lilac Custom a legit website?

Yes, Lilac Custom is the custom shoe company, and have fulfilled over 10k orders.
Every custom shoe is individually handmade by one of our shoe creators that specializes in a specific design.
