DO I NEED TO PAY FPR SHIPPING SEPARATELY?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

MY COURIER ADDRESS IS WRONG,WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE IT ?

  • You should contact our customer service ASAP, by sending email to support@lilaccustom.com or clicking on the chat window on the website.
  • We can modify your courier address until we pack the package for shipment.
  • Please understand that once the package's shipping label has been created, we cannot assure that we can modify it again and it may be shipped to the initial address you provided.
  • Still advice you can check all information are right before you place an order.

LOST PACKAGES & SSHIPPING INSURANCE

  • Shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” can be approved no earlier than 5 days after “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
